Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of heat damage or structural compromise to the chocolates.
- 2.Document Issues
If your order is incorrect or damaged, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
- 3.Contact Guest Services
Email our support team with your order number and the documentation of the issue to initiate a claim for a replacement or store credit.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and, if approved, will arrange for a fresh shipment to be sent to your address at no additional cost.
