How do you ensure chocolates don't melt during shipping?

We use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs for all shipments traveling to warm climates or during summer months to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

Are Jacques Torres chocolates nut-free or allergen-free?

While we offer products without nut ingredients, all of our chocolates are manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, wheat, and soy.

What is the shelf life of your handmade bonbons?

Because we use fresh ingredients and no preservatives, our bonbons and truffles are best enjoyed within 2 to 3 weeks of delivery when stored in a cool, dry place.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada to ensure the freshness and quality of our perishable products during transit.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?

Yes, you can add a custom gift message during the checkout process, which will be printed on a high-quality card and included in your package.

What is your return policy for food items?
